May I be completely honest?

Well, good! I needed somewhere to be completely honest about my shortcomings, obsessive compulsive tendencies & overall wrongdoings. Okay, so maybe not THAT honest, but a few little confession here might just clear my head...or my OCD conscious! :)

Here are a few things that I struggle with. They are not earth shattering or mind blowing (well, to some they might be), but they are quirks that I have & that I'm quite comfortable sharing with the cyber world.

~I MUST use my Swiffer vacuum daily...okay, actually twice daily! I can't function normally if I don't. Well, that might be a bit exaggerated, but it is on my mind until I do. My main reason for this is the cute, adorable, furry little family member that we adopted into our home last September. You see, when we brought Toby (our 6 month old, 60lb & growing Golden Retriever) into our home my tile & hardwood floors would never be the same again. While I knew Golden's are very furry creatures I didn't expect THIS MUCH fur! :) I have known others who have had Golden's & I don't recall seeing crazy, random hair littering their floors...so maybe mine is invisible to our guests as well?! I can only hope.

~I allow our laundry to pile up until I have 6 or so loads to do in one day. Now, a family of four shouldn't create that much dirty laundry, but oh we do! Take today for example, I started laundry at 7:30 this morning. It is now early afternoon & I am on the 4th load. I have 1 load in the washer, 1 in the dryer, 2 loads folded & placed nicely back into a laundry basket & 2 loads waiting their turn. Putting the clothes away is another confession for another day!

~I am fiercely competitive. I like to win... be it board games, on the Wii, you name it, I wanna win at it.

~I love coffee creamer. I sometimes buy a new creamer each week at the grocery store. I would sample each one given the chance. My new favorite is Caramel Macchiato by Coffee-mate.

See, I told you these weren't earth shattering or mind blowing confessions. They are meerly a few idiosyncrasies of mine. Oh & if I must share, there are more where these came from! :)
