1st Day of Summer = Rainbow Cupcakes

Hooray for summer! I found a recipe for rainbow cupcakes & decided that we would begin a new tradition to welcome summer! It was super easy & the kids had fun being my little helpers. An added bonus was that the cupcakes were super yummy, too!!
